Beginner’s Mastery of the Chakras **Online Class**
**This class will be held online via Zoom. A link to join the class will be emailed before class starts.
Learning about the chakras can seem overwhelming when you are just starting out in spiritual practice.
In this class, it is broken down in easier ways to remember and comprehend.
You will learn about each of the chakras, including location, color, function, and different ways to heal, clear & balance them.
The word “chakra” is Sanskrit for “wheel”, or “spinning wheel”. Every living being (including our planet Earth) have these energy centers.
This class covers the 7 major chakras most often mentioned in basic spiritual practice, meditation, etc.
We will do many exercises, both written and hands-on, to guarantee you have them memorized and understood by the end of class.
